Porton's Shanghai Minhang R&D Center is equipped with a micro-scale metal catalyst condition screening platform based on 24-/96-well plates. This platform provides condition screening and optimization for typical Pd and Cu-catalyzed coupling reactions such as Suzuki, Buchwald, and Ullman reactions (C-C, C-N coupling reactions). The platform offers the advantages of low sample consumption, high throughput, and fast processing speeds, making it compatible with existing lab and scale-up operations, thereby providing clients with higher value-added services. Additionally, Porton Shanghai Minhang R&D Center can also collaborate with Porton U.S. subsidiary, J-Star, to offer clients more advanced metal-catalyzed DoE (Design of Experiments) services based on their specific needs. The platform has successfully provided multiple metal-catalyzed DoE services for clients both domestically and internationally.
